Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, lighting, and power supply issues. Support daily operations by attending to breakdowns, faults, and service requests. Monitor building facilities such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems. Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or systems. Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance with standards. Maintain proper service records, reports, and documentation. Liaise with contractors or vendors for repair works when required. Ensure workplace safety practices and compliance with regulations. Support ad-hoc technical tasks assigned by supervisors/engineers.
Qualifications:
NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent). Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical/facilities maintenance preferred. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
