Maintenance and Repairs
: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including ACMV , plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure.Inspections
: Conduct regular inspections to ensure building systems are functioning efficiently and safely.Troubleshooting
: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.Coordination
: Work with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.Record Keeping
: Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. *Customer Service
: Respond to tenant or management requests for building-related issues.
