Responsibilities:

Perform Welding, Fabrication and Modification for wood work and metallic work
Perform simple welding onboard vessel and workshop
Perform physical work for Removal/Servicing/Installation of hull components or equipment
Perform planned and corrective maintenance of hull structures

Requirements:

GCE O Levels or NTC in Mechanical/Electrical/Marine
Able to perform tasks such as Metal welding/bending/cutting/grinding
Able to use tools such as grinder and cutting tools
Those with no prior experience will be provided with training (Classroom and On Job)
Able to work long hours due to exigency of work
Willing to work under hot, dusty and greasy conditions
Willing to learn with positive mind set
Only Singapore Citizens need apply
