Job Description

Business Analyst

• Provide site enhancement and maintenance support of LOANS application for Asia Pacific.
• Address functional queries arising from problem tickets/incidents for LOANS application.
• Play a major role as Business Analyst in integrating / Implementing LoanIQ and Other Lending products and solutions
• Work closely with Business partners and Technology teams to understand the core business problems, define them towards efficient IT solutions.
• Requirements gathering, Analysis, Design and Validation
• Partner with Technology Leads to optimally deliver on business requirements
• Define business requirements in line with user requirements and help technology teams in solution definition and its implementation
• Prepare test scenario and conduct systems integrated testing.
• Users acceptance test planning and coordination of users acceptance testing
  

• Ensure project and maintenance activities are managed with proper methodologies through adherence of software development processes.
• Ensure IT deliverables have proper quality control through unit/integration test, UAT and proper handling over to production.
• Ensure end user satisfaction of IT deliverables through formal UAT and sign-off.
• Ensure user queries and problems are followed up and resolved promptly/effectively through a systematic tracking/follow up process.
• Ensure ease of maintenance and knowledge retention through proper documentation of project deliverables per IT policies.
• Contribute to the bank information security through the adherence of security and compliance policies where applicable.
• Establish regular communication channels with supervisor and peers through periodic report and regular professional contact.
• Manage the liaison with peers and other IT teams for all projects and other IT related matters
  

• Proficient in SQL, COBOL, Unix is a must with Java, an added advantage;
• Background in application development process like Agile, Waterfall etc
• Release & Delivery Management Tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Clarity, Sailpoint, Cyberark etc;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (preferably Advanced), PowerPoint and Outlook applications
