JOB MISSION:
The Technology & Digital Solutions Manager is responsible to ensure successful delivery and support of the retail client facing systems including POS, CRM, eCommerce and other retail facing systems with the support of system owners in the Regional Technology and Digital Services team.
The role is also expected to help identify business areas where there are opportunities for technology to improve a business outcome and supporting the delivery of business technology solutions to the market orchestrated globally, regionally, and locally.
Additionally, the role will be leading the program rollout of the Digital Strategy for Indonesia and Philippines markets, which includes eCommerce and CRM projects.
