What the role is

As a Technology Analyst (Data), you will be involved in the Technology Transformation to develop, innovate, enhance and manage technology related data initiatives and applications in supporting MCI\'s strategic digitalization goals.

What you will be working on

• Build scalable Data Analytics applications using advanced analytics to address the operational needs of business divisions for data insights
• Engage in technology assessment on Data/Analytics solutions, practices and trends such as viable technology platforms, data management and analytics solutions
• Conduct data technology scans, exploration, experimentation and innovation to solve MCI\'s operational challenges related to data.
• Develop Data architecture roadmaps and design, architecture, implement, and document scalable ETL processes, pipeline pathways and dimensional data models

What we are looking for

• Background in related disciplines, preferably in information systems, business analytics, or computing science
• At least 3-8 years of working experience in implementation of technology projects related to data visualisation, data modelling, data warehousing, data integration / ETL processes, data governance and data analytics, with good understanding of supporting technologies
• Good knowledge and experience in data integration, data quality, data governance and database technologies
• Experience in organising and conducting proof-of-concept experiments.
• Relevant experience and knowledge of how people, process and technology can come together to enable advanced analytics, Data Science and data management will be an advantage
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to concurrently oversee multiple data projects
• Strong leadership, communication, project management and analytical skills
