Job Description

The candidate will report to the Head of the technology cooperation department. You will be part of a team to closely monitor the trend of the local market's technology insights and foster the partnership opportunities with external communities and experts. Together with you, we will foster our thought leadership in relevant areas of technology, business, and strategy.

Responsibilities:

Provide insight reports in selected fields to relevant Business Groups, includes ICT, consumer electronics and various smart devices and etc. Work in close collaboration and constant communication with peers. Assist with identifying collaborative projects partners. Support R&D teams to organize technical workshops/seminars, e. g. inviting speakers, collecting the event material, managing the budget, logistics and coordination with event vendors. Provide administrative support to the department, including budget monitoring, regular compliance checking and preparing reports accordingly. Manage timelines and capacities to handle multiple tasks effectively. To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team

Requirements:

Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science background. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China. Excellent networking skills, both internal and external. Strong aptitude for working with a broad range of scientific and innovative disciplines. Experiences in event organization will be a plus Good Project Management skills. Conscientious, responsible, self-motivated. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
