Role Responsibilities

• FiT is a Technology Innovation stream of Standard Chartered Bank based out of Singapore, Bangalore & Chennai.
• The Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for the strategy, integrity and operation of the development practice within the organization. Machine Learning Engineer responsibilities include creating machine learning models and retraining systems. To do this job successfully, you need exceptional skills in statistics and programming.

Responsibilities

• A combination of skills in math & statistics, software engineering, data science, numerous programming language (NLP), data structure, data modeling and computer & software architecture.
• Experience in Thing Worx, CPG Verticals, Open CV & Rasa
• Familiarity with Linux
• Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress.
• Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability.
• Managing available resources such as hardware, data, and personnel so that deadlines are met

Apart from the functional knowledge of the above-listed technologies, they must also have:

• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Understanding of database administration and management
• Ability to develop front end website architecture and back end website applications
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent time-management skills
• Project-management skills
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelors degree in a Software Development field or the equivalent combination of training and experience .
• 5+ years of experience in technical specialty, includes three years\' hands on development experience and five years demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
• Meaningful experience on cloud application, data science, numerous programming language (NLP), data structure, data modeling and computer & software architecture
• Strong working knowledge of Python, R , TensorFlow, Open CV, Kubernetes , React, Java, System design , Golang, Junit, Redux , SQL.
• Experience in custom deep learning, Object Detection Model, ETL, Tensor Flow, Keras , PyTorch, ML Libraries and packages.
• Run machine learning tests and experiments
• Ability to write robust code in Python and R
