As a Technology Integration Specialist with the Lendlease business, you will be required to carry out the network infrastructure and software application routine maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostic of the network to maintain its optimum performance at all time. Your secondary role is to be the single point of contact for all associated building services and ICN systems whenever a fault happens. You must be a people person who have patience, people handling skill beside being a technical specialist. Willingness to constant learning new skill is an advantage for this role. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to Manage and oversee the ICT and ELV system activities, and preparation of reports and plans to provide support to operational requirements, etc. Manage and oversee a pipeline of requests and manage team members to deliver services. Manage, oversee and lead the analysis of ICT/ELV/OBSI activities to identify and produce appropriate solutions and maintain quality standards. Oversee operational activity reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends. Manage and oversee the updates to team schedules, presentations and documents. Manage and oversee OBSI/SBMS application vendor and assess their performance and quality standards to ensure adequate and qualified resource to support and provide continuity improvement on the existing application platform and management succession plans. May act as a liaison between the Company and technology vendors ensuring a thorough understanding of contractual relationships and maintaining appropriate maintenance agreements for technology solutions to ensure continued support for problem resolutions and enhancements. Maintain current knowledge of a broad spectrum of system and application developments, developments in building business application software and programming methodologies to identify a variety of possible solutions and to ensure proposed solutions for the Company are in line or leading in the industry Best Practice. To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mechatronic Engineering, Electronic & Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Building Services Engineering or Building Information Technology, combined with advanced subject matter knowledge across the function and advanced people management skills. Experience in contractual matter with managed services contract and maintenance contract over ICT, ELV and applications development role, and/or knowledge of the structured system development life cycle and solution design principles. Computing skills and knowledge of relevant computing platforms, including Microsoft tools, .NET, SQL databases and SDK API. Customer service and organising skills, combined with communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to build relationships and proactively interface with stakeholders across all organisation levels and technical capabilities. Experience in administrating and managing firewalls, routers, edge switches, Wintel / Linux servers and other endpoints with or without any relevant certification will be an advantage.
