Job Responsibilities



Business Understanding

: Gain in-depth knowledge of the business strategy and direction in overseas markets, identify pain points and potential business improvement opportunities, and develop technology system plans for overseas regions.

Solution Development

: Analyze current business conditions and provide targeted technology solutions to address pain points and challenges.

Project Management

: Participate in all relevant projects in overseas markets, track project progress, coordinate resources, and resolve issues during project execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Communication & Collaboration

: Foster close collaboration between multiple departments, align technology initiatives with overseas business teams, and facilitate communication to prevent misunderstandings and conflicts that may affect cooperation.

Accountability

: Take responsibility for achieving business goals in the assigned region and ensure high-quality cooperation between the technology team and overseas business teams.

Job Requirements



Education

: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A background in logistics management is preferred.

Technical Skills

: Solid understanding of IT architecture design, product planning, and project management.

Work Experience

: At least 5 years of experience in system product management. *

Personal Attributes

: Strong foresight, self-motivation, and team collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
