Summary of Role

We are currently seeking an Associate Director, Data Analytics to help, develop and lead our Cloud Consulting Practice. The role of Cloud Consulting Lead is to drive Cognizant's consulting business and help organizations (ASEAN & Greater China) to unlock business value through the use of Cloud/Hybrid Cloud technologies. The focus will be public, private and hybrid cloud; IaaS and PaaS solutions

Role Responsibilities

• Be client facing by acting as a trusted advisor to client on Hyperscalers
• Develop methodologies, processes and tools required for the successful sales and delivery of Cloud consulting services
• Act as the subject matter expert for cloud consulting, cloud application, cloud transformation and cloud migration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define strategy and product roadmap of consulting offerings and frameworks for the Cloud practice
• Lead and manage cloud consulting workstreams on client projects
• Provide regular subject matter training to internal and external stakeholders
• Build strong relationships across teams in a matrixed organization

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years in Consulting with top tier consulting firms or related experience focused on Cloud Consulting including virtualization and private cloud
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Direct experience in managing consulting practices, with both direct and dotted line reports
• Direct experience in managing complex multi-geography teams
• Direct experience in cloud consulting engagements, including cloud readiness assessments, workload and application assessments, cloud migration etc.
• Demonstrated success of business development, pipeline management and success in influencing additional pull-through business as a result of consultancy
• Relevant knowledge of core infrastructure technologies/partners but not limited to servers, storage, network and virtualization
• Cloud certifications are an additional advantage
