The Department
Mishcon has experienced a huge amount of growth in recent years and our success shows no sign of stopping. Our Technology team also continues to go from strength to strength and we are involved in some incredibly exciting and innovative initiatives across the firm. Rather than being considered a necessary support function, our Technology department is an integral part of the strategy of the firm, and this is reflected both by the level of tech investment and how Technology initiatives are discussed at the most senior level.
Duties and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing IT operations and office facilities for our Singapore office.
Technology & IT Management

  • Deliver IT troubleshooting and user support for staff in Singapore.
  • Act as the primary contact for IT queries and requests, including hardware and software issues, account access, and user setup.
  • Support technology upgrades and the implementation of new IT initiatives .
  • Carry out IT onboarding and offboarding tasks for new joiners and leavers.
Office Facilities Management
  • Maintain the workspace, including managing workstation setup and movements.
  • Liaise with building management regarding access, maintenance requests, facilities issues.
  • Work with the Health and Safety Team to address and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements (e.g. fire safety policies and procedures).
  • Act as point of contact for colleagues on office facilities management issues.
General
  • Manage the procurement, configuration, deployment, and retirement of IT equipment including laptops, mobiles, and desktops and general office environment vendors to maintain, repair and enhance (if applicable) facilities and resolve issues.
  • Liaise and contract manage vendors to maintain service standards escalating issues and managing supplier engagement.
  • Manage the preparation of and monitoring of IT / facilities budgets for the office.
  • Liaise with any office or tech administration staff to ensure smooth running of the environment.
  • Implement and maintain IT / facilities policies, systems and procedures in the office in collaboration with the global IT / facilities team.
Ideal Candidate
A proactive, organised individual with strong problem-solving skills and experience in both IT and office facilities management. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
