What the role is:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Team Lead to join our organization and lead a team of talented tech professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, providing leadership and guidance to the team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality tech solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of tech professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.Oversee the technical design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and IM8 standards.Engage with stakeholders to recommend, justify new initiatives and work on the conceptualisation, design, and implementation of IT related projects.Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team, identifying opportunities for process optimization and technological advancements.Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations on technology trends, tools, and methodologies.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, teamwork, and a positive work environment.Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of tech solutions, and proactively address technical challenges and risks.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
