Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service using standard scripts.
Asking and answering questions to understand customer's requirements.
Direct prospects to the sales team when needed.
Keying in records of call and sales note.
Performing other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
Persistence:
High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
Diploma and above
