Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service using standard scripts.
• Asking and answering questions to understand customer's requirements.
• Direct prospects to the sales team when needed.
• Keying in records of call and sales note.
• Performing other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
• Persistence: High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Minimum Educational Qualification: Diploma and above
