We believe that built environments should reflect the context, history, cultures, communities, and the natural environment while incorporating advances in technology. You will help your team in coordination and review of the drawings with Team Lead and Engineers. Advise Team Lead for delays & changes (in scope) as early as possible. Ensure drawings are completed to the desired quality, programme & budget. Ensure work is done correctly and on time. Ensure all technical queries are released daily and work toward correct standards. Ensure job folders and progress reports are daily updated. Participate in project meetings and conference calls as required.

• Structured cabling solutions for Voice and Data infrastructure systems (OM3/4 & OS2 Fiber and Category 6/6A copper)
• Communications room MPOE, MDF, IDF and Server Room design including cabinet arrangement and rack population.
• Design of Voice system infrastructure to support VoIP, POTS, PBX/PABX systems
• Design of Networking system infrastructure (including knowledge of basic data network topologies, user connectivity and maintenance requirements)
• Audio Visual (conference rooms, public spaces, display systems) design
• Intercom, Paging and Public Address (including Emergency PA and Mass Notification) design
• Design knowledge of ESS systems; access control, CCTV
• Power supply/distribution systems including PDU and UPS
• Able to develop splicing, backbone and cable schedules
• Plan and design backbone distribution, cable pathways, and telecom space drawings and schematics for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Develop installation details and room layouts
• Produce installation specifications with engineering review and approval
• Ability to adapt and apply company engineering design and BIM & CAD drafting standards and industry best practices
• Mentor subordinates

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Preferably relevant Bachelor’s/College Degree or equivalent drafting technology diploma. Platform/Software:

• Working knowledge of Revit, CAD and Navisworks design software platform
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, TEAMS, OneNote, and Access
• Proficient in Bluebeam
• Well versed in virtual collaboration systems such as Teams, WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom, etc.
