About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated

Telemarketer

to join our growing insurance and financial services team. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and arranging appointments for our advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential prospects from provided lead lists Schedule appointments between prospects and financial/insurance consultants Follow up on missed calls and maintain regular engagement Achieve monthly appointment-setting and call activity targets Update call activity and client information accurately in the CRM system

Requirements

Essential:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent At least

1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service

Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills Professional phone etiquette and positive, resilient attitude Goal-oriented and comfortable handling rejection

Preferred:

Experience in the

insurance or financial services sector

Proven success in

appointment setting or lead generation

What We Offer

Base salary:

$2,000 - $2,500 per month
