Salary:
$15 per hour + $5 commission per qualified appointment set
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from a qualified lead list. Efficiently schedule confirmed appointments for our sales team. Accurately log all call activities and customer information in our CRM system. Consistently meet and exceed weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.
Who We Are Looking For :
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role such as: Telemarketing / Telesales Call Center Agent (Outbound) Sales Support / Lead Generator Customer Service (with sales objectives) A proven ability to meet or exceed sales or call targets. Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively. Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on performance.
