The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience \xe2\x80\x93 our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practice, while allowing flexibility to meet the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs.How you will create an impact

• To promote and conduct Telemarketing sales for general insurance products over the phone to new and existing customers.
• To upsell/cross-sell the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services proactively when opportunity arises.
• To understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
• To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards.
• Consistently maintaining our highly ethical and professional approach to all current and prospective clients.
• To resolve customers\xe2\x80\x99 problems, feedback and complaints by applying appropriate skills.
• To feedback customer\xe2\x80\x99s concerns to Team Manager for improvement.
• To maintain amicable working relationship with Call Center colleagues and business partners.
• To assist ad hoc initiatives / projects when required by management.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed

• Prior telesales and/or call center experience.
• Fresh Diploma, Higher Nitec, Nitec holders are welcome to apply.
• Basic Concept Principle (BCP) and Personal General Insurance (PGI) certification are required for the role.
• Applicants without BCP & PGI will be considered if they possess the right skill-set & attitude.
• Knowledge of Call Centre Systems & MS Office.
• Bilingual in English and local second language preferred.
• Highly motivated and results driven.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset with positive attitude.

• 5-day office hours work week excluding weekends and public holidays.
• 12 months contract, renewal yearly subject to performance.
• Remuneration includes Monthly Basic + KPI Achievement Incentive + Commission + 1 month completion bonus.
