Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Make

outbound calls

to potential customers to promote products, services, or campaigns. Follow

scripts and call guidelines

to ensure consistent messaging and professionalism. Identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and answer basic product or service questions.

Record details

of calls, leads, and outcomes accurately in the CRM or call log system.

Schedule appointments

or follow-up calls for the sales team as required. Achieve

daily / weekly call and conversion targets

set by the supervisor. Handle

objections and rejections

with professionalism and persistence. Provide

feedback and suggestions

to improve call scripts or marketing campaigns.

Requirements



Proven experience in

telemarketing, telesales, or customer service

preferred Strong

communication and persuasion

skills with a friendly, confident phone manner. Comfortable making

high volumes of calls daily

and working towards targets. Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email). * Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
