• Manage and handle all in-bound leads from various channels.
• Support Corporate Sales team in making outbound telemarketing calls, generating leads and meetings.
• Address inquiries & requests from customers & obtain clear understanding of business\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
• Assist Head of Department in preparing Quotation & Service Agreements
• Build rapport & maintain strong relationships with our business customers as well as driver partners
• Proactively identify issues & seek ideas for improvement from customers & relay accurate messages back to the Operations Team
• Complete operational tasks in a timely manner & adhere to tight deadlines
• Foster strong collaboration with Operations Team
• Perform any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business related disciplines
• Preferably equipped with 1 years relevant experience in telemarketing sales and related industries
• Have a good understanding of the supply chain landscape, ecommerce logistics, warehousing and freight
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Adaptable to change and comfortable to thrive in fast pace of work
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and other online documentation platforms
• Proficient written & verbal communication skills in English and Mother Tongue
• Strong & resourceful team-player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
