Responsibility

Responsible to handle all inbound and outbound calls.

Job Requirement
  • To deliver one-stop customer service via phone in a consistent and professional manner by embracing our core values
  • Achieve one call resolution in most customer interaction
  • To continually propose and implement workflow and productivity improvements
  • Highlights operational issues
  • Logging of service requests, complaints and enquiries
  • Ensure follow up and fulfill promises made to our customers
  • Ensure all referrals are keyed in a timely manner and monitor for closures
  • 6 days work week
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Able to work on rotating shift (7:00am to 2:30pm, 10:30am to 6:00pm or 2:30pm to 10pm)
