Responsibility

Responsible to handle all inbound and outbound calls.

Job Requirement

To deliver one-stop customer service via phone in a consistent and professional manner by embracing our core values
Achieve one call resolution in most customer interaction
To continually propose and implement workflow and productivity improvements
Highlights operational issues
Logging of service requests, complaints and enquiries
Ensure follow up and fulfill promises made to our customers
Ensure all referrals are keyed in a timely manner and monitor for closures
6 days work week
Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
Able to work on rotating shift (7:00am to 2:30pm, 10:30am to 6:00pm or 2:30pm to 10pm)
