RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct telesales activities professionally, respond to customer queries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
Cross selling of banking products & services (Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Balance Transfer)
Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (or exceed) committed targets in the relevant products, through telesales calls.

REQUIREMENTS:

GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 level/ \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level or equivalent with sales/ telesales/customer services experiences
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team player, Sales/Results-driven and self-motivated individual
