Job Description
Location: Newton
Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday: 9am to 6.30pm, 5 Days work week
Salary: $2,200
Monthly Commission: Up to $8,000
Job responsibilities:
- Primary focus of handling customer\xe2\x80\x99s queries such as Penalty Fees, Annual Fees or Banking needs and the ability to cross sell Unsecured Retail Banking Products via Inbound / Outbound Calls.
- Required to perform the task in accordance with the bank\xe2\x80\x99s standards to maintain premium service quality and perform sales cross sell to customers
- Achievement of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Targets.
- Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to service customers.
- Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.
- To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
- Any relevant Telesales experience preferred.
- Energetic and proactive personality.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Highly Motivated to have a career in Banking Sales.
- Minimum N-Level
- Highly Sales driven to achieve Sales Targets and able to work in fast paced environment.
- Call Center experience handling Inbound / Outbound calls would be an advantage.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
