We're expanding our sales team and are looking for

ambitious, coachable, and performance-driven Telesales Executives

who want to earn what they're truly worth.

What You'll Do



Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective students and introduce them to our career-transforming tech courses. Understand each learner's background, goals, and challenges, then recommend the most suitable course pathway. Follow up with warm leads via CRM, calls, and WhatsApp to nurture interest and close enrolments. Achieve daily talk-time, enrolment targets, and conversion goals. Work closely with your Telesales Manager and teammates to achieve team targets and compete for top-performer rewards. Receive ongoing training, proven scripts, and coaching to help you close deals confidently and consistently.

What We're Looking For



Prior telesales or inside sales experience is a strong advantage -- but

driven, coachable fresh candidates

are also welcome. Excellent communication skills and a confident, engaging phone presence. Resilience and hunger for success -- you thrive in a target-driven environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and the discipline to perform at a high level. Comfortable with high call volumes, KPIs, and a fast-paced sales environment.
