Job Description


As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for actively driving sales revenue to achieve the sales KPI set for an assigned group of customers. Making full use of the Sales & Marketing campaigns in the organization, you will work towards increasing the size and quality of the organization\'s market share.

Adecco is collaborating with the world\'s leading Logistic Services Provider MNC to hire for a Telesales Executive for their team. The Telesales Executive will be seated under one of the Business Arms of our MNC client.

Telesales Executive | Renowned Logistics Provider MNC | Up to SGD4000/month [Base Salary]

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a personal sales plan to identify and gain new business prospects
  • Maximize growth within the existing client base
  • Manage revenue and shipment growth through up-selling and cross-selling to exceed assigned KPIs
  • Combine sales skills with product & services knowledge and convert the maximum possible prospect leads into active customers, placing emphasis on those with maximum revenue and shipment potential
  • Continually strengthen knowledge on company services and general commercial awareness to provide the best possible standard of customer service
  • Open new customer accounts and ensure they trade profitably
  • Ensure all customer agreements are cost sensitive and adhere to regional standards on profit margins/ minimum pricing tariff, to govern business interest
  • Provide justification and obtain management\'s agreement for any deviation from the set tariff
  • Complete daily and weekly reports to measure self and department\'s productivity and effectiveness using company\'s in-house Sales Reporting Tool
  • Ensuring customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
  • Ensuring all customer issues relating to customer service, service recovery and credit control are co-coordinated and managed through the relevant departments
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree is a plus
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience [Telesales or Inside Sales]
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and IT systems
  • Possess good spoken and written communication skills
