About the Role - Telesales Executive

This is a front-line sales position where you will play an active role in

engaging customers over the phone

and matching them with suitable

general insurance products

. The role focuses on outbound telemarketing to the mass market, to meet sales objectives while delivering professional service. Leads will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and campaign performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining quality and compliance standards Make outbound calls to introduce, explain, and promote general insurance products to potential and existing customers Maximize every conversation by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Convert company-provided leads into successful sales outcomes Ensure adherence to compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements in all interactions Keep accurate and up-to-date customer information within internal systems Participate in training programs (exam support provided for those without General Insurance certifications)

Salary:

$2,400 - $4,000 + Commissions

Location:

Ubi or Changi Business Park

Minimum Qualifications:

GCE 'O' Level or equivalent Sales, telemarketing, or financial services background preferred General Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, HI) will be advantageous

Skills & Attributes:

Strong spoken English and clear communication skills Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly Resilient and able to handle challenges or objections positively Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
