Telesales / Portfolio Sales Officer

Novena | Up to $2,000 Basic + Commission + Bonus | Office Hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6:30pm) | 1-Year Contract (Renewable)





? Most of our officers comfortably bring home

$5,000 - $7,000 monthly , with many earning beyond that.

What You'll Do

Promote and sell credit facilities (Personal Loans, Funds Transfer, Credit Cards, Card Activation, Cash Plus, etc.) Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals Engage customers professionally through outbound calls (company-provided leads) Identify cross-sell opportunities, especially for personal loans Suggest improvements to enhance sales processes and team performance Ensure compliance with professional and service standards Handle other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

What We're Looking For

Minimum N-Level qualification Sales/acquisition experience with proven results is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Driven, independent, and comfortable working with sales targets Passionate about building a career in sales Willing to do overtime when required
