Job Description
The company is a prominent global insurance provider, offering a wide range of insurance products across all major categories of general insurance. These include Financial Lines, Casualty, Property, Marine, and Group insurance, serving large corporations, multinationals, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises.The Job
- Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
- Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
- Update customer information in the database
- Minimum GCE \'O\' level or equivalent
- Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector preferred
- Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage
