Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support on Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) applications for customers in the Semiconductor industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer requirements and successfully implement solutions.
Deliver training sessions to clients to improve their understanding and use of TEM products.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience in TEM imaging and analytical applications or a related engineering field.
Ph.D. or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to compete in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work both autonomously and cooperatively as part of an inclusive team.
