Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced

Temenos Business Analyst

with a strong background in

core banking, private banking, and Temenos Transact modules

. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, driving requirement analysis, solution design, and end-to-end implementation of banking system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Lead requirement analysis, functional specification (including data mapping, migration, and reporting), and user guide documentation. Drive workshops (PLWs) and advise on new processes for new applications and system enhancements. Provide solution design, ensuring scalability, compliance with business/regulatory needs, and minimization of operational or delivery risks. Oversee system enhancements and implementations for credit products, derivatives, and securities modules within Temenos Transact. Coordinate project management, testing, migration, user training, and production releases. Ensure proper change management, project status updates, and stakeholder communication. Support Agile delivery, working with SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies.

Job Requirements

Education

: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Banking & Finance, or related field.

Experience

: 12-15 years in IT Business Analysis / System Engineering, with strong domain knowledge in Core Banking and Private Banking. Strong expertise in

Temenos Transact modules

such as:

AA

- Arrangement Architecture

MD

- Guarantees

SC

- Securities

DX

- Derivatives

SY

- Structured Products
Proven experience in handling

Credit Products

(Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees),

Derivatives

(Options, Structured Products), and

Securities

(Equities, Fixed Income, Funds). Hands-on knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
