Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) and a deep understanding of the Private Banking or Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and efficient core banking solutions across key product areas such as Securities, Payments, and Cash Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the bridge between business users, IT teams, and vendors for Temenos Transact-related initiatives. Analyze, document, and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Work across Private Banking products such as Securities (Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Digital Assets), Payments, Cash Accounts, Deposits, and Fees & Taxes. Drive Parameter Lifecycle Workbench (PLW) processes and advise on new application implementations. Ensure alignment of solutions with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams through SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies. Support UAT, production releases, and post-go-live enhancements. Maintain clear documentation and communicate status, risks, and dependencies effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT business analysis, system design, and support within Core Banking. Proven expertise in Private Banking or Wealth Management domains. Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact modules such as AA, MD, SC, DX, and SY. Strong knowledge of Credit, Derivatives, and Securities products. Experience in leading PLWs and implementing new processes or applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Familiarity with regulatory and risk management principles, demonstrating integrity and due diligence in all deliverables.
