Position: Temenos T24 Business Analyst
Location: Singapore
Type: Full-time, On-site
We are seeking an experienced Temenos T24 Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Private Banking or Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical execution, driving process enhancements and ensuring optimal use of the Temenos T24 core banking system.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management (must-have)
Strong background as a Business Analyst with hands-on exposure to Corporate Actions (must-have)
Expertise in Temenos T24 with experience in at least one of the following modules:
Alternative Investments
Corporate Actions
Cash Accounts & Deposits
Role Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements to the Temenos T24 platform
Drive business process improvements aligned with strategic goals
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, internal teams, and technical departments
Lead PLWs (Product Lifecycle Workshops) and advise on process design for new applications
Support implementation and post-deployment activities
Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and regulatory standards
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, System Engineering, and Support
Deep understanding of Core Banking systems within the Private Banking domain
Hands-on experience with Credit Products (e.g., Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees)
Exposure to Derivatives (e.g., Options, Structured Products) and Securities (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income, Funds)
Familiarity with Temenos Transact modules (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY)
Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
