Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced

Temenos T24 ITPL (Corporate Actions)

professional to lead project delivery and manage end-to-end build tracking for Temenos Level 1 (L1) deliveries. The ideal candidate will coordinate across cross-functional teams, ensuring successful completion of all project phases within defined scope, timelines, and budgets, while maintaining alignment with Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the build team/squad in managing and tracking Temenos L1 deliveries end-to-end, including AT/SIT/UAT L1 defect management and coordination calls. Develop detailed project proposals covering objectives, resources, milestones, timelines, costs, and overall project structure. Support the VC Lead / Project Manager with regular progress meetings, reports, and updates to key stakeholders. Ensure project scope, timelines, and costs are consistently on track with delivery expectations. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups under Agile/Scrum framework. Oversee compliance with project governance and SDLC standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

7+ years of IT experience

in

Project Management

, leading both

Waterfall

and

Agile

projects. Strong working knowledge of

Temenos T24 (Corporate Actions)

module. Hands-on experience in

Agile Frameworks / Scrum Master

practices. Deep understanding of

SDLC

and project governance methodologies. Proven experience in managing large-scale financial technology projects. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
