Job Scope:
- Provide admin support to the Accounts Payable department.
- Match external & internal supplier invoices with supporting documents.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Pepare payment voucher and issue payment by cheque/TT/Giro/fund transfer, etc.
- Ensure on-time payment to suppliers.
- Filing of all accounting documents.
- Checking of staff claim in E-portal (Prosoft)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Location: Choa Chu Kang
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
- Able to start work immediately and commit till End January 2023.
- Qualification in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business or related field.
