Location: West
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am to 1pm ( to be discuss and confirmed during interview )$12 per hourJob Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of monthly progress claim to customers before the monthly cut off date
- Close follow up with Operations department on the site reports for billing of progress claims
- Meticulous in figures and details for the claims
- Issuance of tax invoices upon receiving of payment certificates from customers
- Ensuring that payment certificates are received on time from customers
- Ensuring payment received by due date of tax invoices
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior from time to time
- O Level and above
- Prior accounting experience
- This is a part time/ temporary position for 4-5 months until end of November 2024
