• Oversee daily opening and closing.
• Inform guests of menu changes and specials.
• Ensure buffet setup for all meals.
• Respond to guest inquiries about menus, drinks, and wine.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment upkeep in coordination with housekeeping and engineering.
• Ensure timely in-room dining order delivery and clearing.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain table culture and restaurant ambiance.
