Job descriptions:
- Manage the time-line of the MCQ bank implementation
- Work with subject matter experts (SME), instructional designers and other stakeholders to develop the MCQ bank
- Categorize and enter the MCQs into the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage the UAT (User Acceptane Testing) process
- Troubleshoot issues after the UAT, revise design and ensure smooth running of the system
- Define user roles and assign roles based on the different level of learners
- Maintain accurate records, analyze and prepare data to gauge effectiveness of the system
- Monitor progress of learners
- Create user and admin guide
- Other adhoc duties as necessary
