Job Summary:

Duration : April 2023 to December 2023

Work Location: Jurong East MRT

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to manager & department.
• Maintaining inventory of medical and IT equipment.
• Register courses for doctors, keep track of their training hours and submit training reports.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as directed by supervisors.
