Job Description


Our client is an established company specialising in the Real Estate sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to be part of their team.

This is a 3 Months contract role. They are located in Tanjong Pagar. 5 days work week - Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Job Details :

  • Liaising with tenants on offers and obtain artwork
  • Point of contact for advertising space enquiries
  • Raise Purchase Requisition Form for selected quotation
  • Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Admin experience in marketing environment is a bonus
