Our client is a property management company, a major player in the real estate industry. They are currently looking for a Temporary Admin Assistant to assist with operational needs. They are located at Tanjong Pagar - easily accessible.

Position: Temporary Admin Assistant

Commitment Period: Immediate to 3 Months (renewable)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Job Duties
  • Retrieve, categorise, and scan documents
  • Organise, label and pack documents for storage
  • Other basic admin duties as advised Requirements
Job Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office O/C
