:

  • Responding to public\xe2\x80\x99s queries and feedback via email and telephone
  • Tracking of programme attendance
  • Generating reports and statistics
Other administrative duties as assigned

Skillsets required: Prior customer service skills will be useful

Work Arrangement: Location: Near Clarke Quay Contract Duration: 3 Months (from April) Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday: 0900hrs- 1830hrs (8.5hours/day) Friday: 0900hrs \xe2\x80\x93 1800hrs (8hours) Salary: TBA (Depending on qualifications and experience)
