Staff Portal Project and Data Migration
Job description
(a) 100% checking of migrated contents on new Microsoft SharePoint Online intranet to ensure that all contents from the current site has been are ported and the look and feel is as same
(b) Tracking, addressing and/or following up with the project team to ensure issues from activity (a) are resolved.
(c) Beta testing the Staff Portal chatbot and related activities to improve on chatbot responses, e.g. suggest "tweaks" to contents.
(d) Any other duties related to staff portal project.
Job Requirements
Diploma & above with no experience needed!
Job location: Dover/Clementi
Job Salary: $2,800/ monthly
Job Period: 2 months (30 January 2026 to 31 March 2026)
