Job Description



  • Contact applicants to remind them to complete the endorsements and payments;
  • Retrieve documents from the Pending Docs panel in Resale Portal and file them in LTFS;
  • Email approval letters to solicitors;
  • Print and prepare cases for completion;
  • Assist on any other duties in areas that need their assistance – example:
  • Monitor Completion Queue and handle Resale Customer’s Enquiries
  • Roving Ambassador eg direct applicants to the counters at level 1 or 2;
Job Requirements
  • Past relevant working experience will be an advantage.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm; hybrid working arrangement as per corporate position. Location: Toa Payoh Hourly Wages: $10 Contract Period: 3 months or until 31 December 2022, whichever is earlier
