Candidate is required to provide administrative support to the Business & Customer Care Department in the following work areas:
- Review submissions/declarations from customers
- Perform data entry and/or update of HDB's systems
- Respond to simple phone and written enquiries
- Prepare emails, letters and submissions
- Conduct site visits to carry out onsite verification
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate should possess good writing and
communication skills & experienced with the use of Microsoft Office (incl. Word, Excel and Outlook). Training will be provided.
Contract Period: 3 months (subject to extension)
Working Arrangement: Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 6pm; Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Toa Payoh
Salary: $10/hr
