Candidate is required to provide administrative support to the Business & Customer Care
Department in the following work areas:
1. Review submissions/declarations from customers
2. Perform data entry and/or update of HDB\xe2\x80\x99s systems
3. Respond to simple phone and written enquiries
4. Prepare emails, letters and submissions
5. Conduct site visits to carry out onsite verification on an ad-hoc basis
6. Any other duties assigned
