Assists in the preparation of building and estates-related submissions and budget requirements for ongoing repairs and improvements works, Cyclical Maintenance Programme (CMP) and Development Projects.
Assists Head (Training Operations) in implementation of SMART campus masterplan initiatives
Conducts regular inspection to ensure contractor comply with all the necessary but not limiting to, workplace safety, Green Mark and safe management regulations, etc.
Assists with ongoing estate upgrading/improvement works, cyclical maintenance and rectification works
Assists to account for all new assets purchased or constructed during the estate upgrading/improvement works and cyclical maintenance programme.
Assists in tracking follow-up work to be completed by NACLI\xe2\x80\x99s Facilities Management Company (FMC) e.g. regular servicing and repair works, maintenance of facilities and office systems.
Assists in monitoring the standards of cleanliness of the Institute\'s premises, smooth functioning of its facilities and equipment, and proper upkeep of its buildings and facilities.
Assists Head (TO) in coordinating emergency responses involving the Institute, e.g. fire, security matters, etc.
Procurement:
Assists in some aspects of procurement exercises including drafting of tender/quotation documents, site show round.
Sources for and recommends products and services required by the Institute.
Requirements:
Professional qualification in Facilities Management or building-related discipline.
At least one year related working experience in building & facilities management, and/or project management, and/or procurement.
Two years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in relevant fields with supervisory responsibilities.
Good writing and communication skills
Sound IT knowledge
Good interpersonal and team skills
Experience in project management, workplace safety & health and Green Mark certification would be an added advantage
Experience in government procurement guidelines and processes, Workday and GeBIZ would be an added advantage
