Responsibilities
- Assist clients to download and install the healthcare application.
- Ensure the clients are tagged properly in the correct user group.
- Teach the clients how to use the application to see doctor and purchase medication.
- Brief the clients on the benefits of application.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues concerning the application.
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Comfortable to brief and guide a group of people
- Able to work on weekdays morning from 9am to 12pm (commitment is 3-4 times a week).
- Training will be provided.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice
- Working location: Penjuru Walk
