Job Scope: * Assist in verification of customers appointments
Handle general enquiries on rental application including the eligibility and application procedures and process, including general enquiries on flat allocation
Differentiating between the different types of rental application, and provide general advice; e.g Public Rental Scheme, Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme, Interim Rental Housing, JSS-OR, Single Room Shared Facility, etc.
Perform crowd control for customers who wish to be present at Rental Housing Department 3rd level and discussing with Supervisor on giving access to those that need entry but without appointment
Assisting customers with walk-in rental enquiries to make appointments, reschedule appointments, submit enquiry via e-feedback form, hotlines, wherever necessary
Direct persons who have an appointment to Rental Housing Department 3rd level for their transaction, differentiating between submission of documents cases or allocation of flat cases
Assisting applicants to collect q-ticket at Q-kiosk
Direct applicants to the correct waiting area
Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by Rental Housing Department Supervisor or Manager.

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
